All yarns currently manufactured by Toyotashigyo are gas singeing process. Gas-singed yarn is called gas yarn. This gas-singed yarn is made by exposing the fine fluff on the surface of the fibres to the flame of a gas burner, which burns off and removes the fluff from the surface.
Gassd yarn features
1. smoothness: the removal of surface fluff reduces the area in contact with the skin, resulting in a very smooth and light touch.
2. Gloss: A fine-grained, high-quality sheen is produced, making yarns and fabrics look more beautiful. Colour development during dyeing is also improved and the pattern comes out clearly.
3. Strength: The uniform surface of the yarn reduces friction and increases the strength of the yarn.
4, durability: the yarn and fabric are less prone to pilling and last longer. Pilling grade increases.

Before gas firing, the fabric looks blurred, but when it is made into a fabric, the fluff is gone and the grain stands out. This gives the fabric a much more pleasant feel and a silky sheen.

HIMARAYA LION
'HIMARAYA LION' is the name of an in-house brand of men's clothing called HIMARAYA LION, which existed when my grandfather was engaged in the manufacture and sale of shirts and men's clothing. The name has now been reissued as the brand name.

We only use cotton yarns that have been selected for their origin and spinning area.
